TV Review: Supernatural – “Yellow Fever” (4.6)

Hi all…

This season of Supernatural has been great so far, but I have to comment a bit on the episode from October 23, 2008 – “Yellow Fever”. My wife and I haven’t laughed so hard in a long time.

There were two places where we were laughing and had to pause the Tivo

  1. When Dean screams like a little girl when the cat pops out of the locker, we were doubled over laughing.
  2. The “Eye of the Tigerlip-syncing by Jensen Ackles at the end of the episode (as sort of an “outtake”) was hilarious. I think we rewound that and watched about three times before we could stop laughing.

It’s good to know that Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles were having fun on the set. It does get a bit gruesome at times, but it’s the sarcastic remarks and funny bits that keep us watching. We can only hope the season continues to be as strong as it has!

  1. I so agree with you on this one! Dean singing Survivor was a HOOT! But I just wish they would make him more of the carefree playboy he was pre-hell. I understand why they don’t, but I am used to Sam being the boring brooding brother; not Dean. I can’t wait to see what is in store for us tomorrow night!
