Sneak Peek: Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe – “Animal Locator”

Hey all…

In a manly way, I love Mike Rowe. His sense of humor is infectious and that baritone voice was simply made for television. So when I can, I try to catch episodes of Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe on the Discovery channel.

In tonight’s episode, Mike works on making cornmeal the old fashioned way… And he runs into issues of course… Who knew getting water onto the water wheel would be so tough!

DIRTY JOBS WITH MIKE ROWE
On Tuesday, November 9 at 9PM ET/PT, Mike travels to De Kalb, Mississippi to make cornmeal at an old-fashioned millhouse that uses water-driven millstones to make the meal from whole kernels of corn. Later, he is in Texas to relocate the Pere David’s deer, a Chinese deer that has gone extinct in its native land, but still exists in captivity across the United States and Europe. Mike’s mission is to gather a male and female deer, and transport them back to their native habitat, in hopes of creating a new herd.
