For all of those of us not lucky enough to get to the 35th annual Telluride Film Festival this weekend, they’ve finally released their program today! You can check out the widget below for exclusive schedules, film footage, trailers, and guest speakers!
A few of the things that I’d have liked to check out this weekend would have included:
- The Tribute to David Fincher (director of such films as Se7en, The Game, Fight Club, and Panic Room)
- I’ve Loved You So Long (starring Kristen Scott Thomas and Elsa Zylberstein)
- American Violet (starring Will Patton, Tim Blake Nelson, Alfre Woodard, Charles Dutton and Michael O’Keefe)
- The Good, the Bad, and the Weird from Korean director Kim Ji-Woon
- and Laughing ’til it Hurts from the Pordenone festival
The festival seems to be focusing mostly on foreign films this year, which is interesting. I don’t see too many of those during the year and it would be intriguing to see some of these listed.
If you get a chance to go this year, let me know how it is!
Hopefully I’ll get to go next year!
